Un photographe, Rodney Smith, a récemment écrit à PDN Magazine pour se plaindre et crier au plagiat concernant un photo qu’un autre photographe, Cade Martin, a publiée dans le magazine.  Il dit que Martin a copié une photo que lui-même avait déjà publiée auparavant.  Le magazine a répondu en disant que même si le thème pouvait montrer des ressemblance, la photo n’était pas une copie et qu’il devrait se sentir flatter que quelqu’un se soit inspiré de son oeuvre….
